What to expect…

Assessment session: This is a chance for us to meet and explore what you are hoping to get from counselling and how I can help. There is no obligation to continue with the therapy and I may suggest alternative sources of help and support.  If you wish to continue working together we will arrange regular weekly sessions of 50 minutes.

Therapy sessions are an opportunity to explore thoughts and feelings safely and in confidentiality. Freedom to explore how we think and feel within our current and past relationships in love, family, friendships, at work or home allows us to come to terms with our ‘true-self’.  

 I don’t analyse or give advice but rather listen and reflect without bias or judgement.
